Based on sugar cane cultivation, we have developed our ethanol, sugar and energy business. In Brazil, this product is commonly used as a source of mobile power in cars.

Hydrated and anhydrous ethanol is sold to major distributors in Brazil, reducing energy dependence on fossil fuels and providing a sustainable option for chemical companies. At our Monte Alegre plant, we produce organic ethanol, a special product that is very popular with cosmetics companies and/or companies seeking even more sustainable products.
Our plants are ranked among the top 12 in the Brazilian RenovaBio Program, which recognizes the environmental efficiency of ethanol. As a result of this Program, we are already selling Carbon Credits in the local market.
