We've developed a production model in which manure from our milking cows is used to generate electricity through biodigesters. The by-product from this process returns to the field as biofertilizer, and is applied to the crops and fodder that later become feed for our cows—an authentic circular economy model.

SEE BUSINESS
Using sugarcane vinasse to generate biogas and biomethane
At our sugarcane mills, biodigesters produce biogas and biomethane from by-products of the sugarcane-based ethanol production process. We currently use this biogas to generate renewable electricity.
