At Adecoagro we care for the quality of life and the well-being of our employees
Prá Você!
Our Life Quality Program, Pra Você!, continues to grow strongly. This initiative aims to strengthen our culture and care for the health and well-being of our employees and their families. We seek that the actions we carry out contribute to a higher quality of life at work, providing a healthy and safe environment, within a context of continuous improvement.
The program includes 4 topics:
- Reflection – Communication and celebration actions.
- Care – General assistance to employees with chronic pathologies, assistance via telemedicine and orientation to pregnant women.
- Exercise - Exercising at work and online exercising for employees working from home; promoting physical activity; communal areas; and other ergonomic actions.
- Prevention - Prevention campaigns (for example: high blood pressure, diabetes, HPV, mental health, breast and prostate cancer prevention, etc.), vaccination campaigns against influenza and Covid-19, combating the use/abuse of alcohol and other drugs, and promoting healthy eating.
Recognition
In 2021 we were recognized as a "Silver Company” in good practices in the National Life Quality Award (PNQV), and they highlighted our "Pra Você! Adecoagro Life Quality Program." Among the 16 companies selected, we were the only company in the sugar-energy sector to receive an award in Brazil.
