From Nutrition, we support the development of early childhood
Proper nutrition is the starting point for human development. With this vision, we begin by contributing to the nutrition of the families living in the communities in which we are present, generating alliances with different social organizations to have a greater presence and better management in each location.
Food
Donations
Since 2006, in Argentina we have been supporting Conin centers to combat child malnutrition. We also support Banco de Alimentos (food bank), which collects and distributes food in Argentina. Together with them, we donate rice, milk powder, UHT milk, and milk with cocoa in different provinces of this country.

Nutritional
Development Program
Together with the NGO Haciendo Camino, in 2018, we decided to open a new early childhood development center in the province of Santiago del Estero, Argentina. Adecoagro contributes year after year to the development of this center for the promotion of children.
Thirty-five children and sixteen mothers from Los Juríes and nearby rural areas participate in the program. Its main objective is to accompany the nutritional, emotional and social development of these children and their families. In addition, we visit families in their homes, train mothers both in parenting and stimulation, as well as in economic entrepreneurship. Finally, the CONIN methodology also ensures the appropriate health and nutrition monitoring of each participating family.
