Escola Nota 10
Proyect
Since 2009, Escola Nota 10 has been contributing to the development of education in the municipalities of Angélica, Ivinhema and Novo Horizonte do Sul, in Mato Grosso do Sul. Its purpose is to help to improve elementary education (1st to 3rd grade) in municipal public schools. Through this project, we provide didactic material for teachers, students, and pupils and training courses with teachers.
Territórios do Saber
The “Territórios do Saber” project aims to promote quality improvement of teaching and learning processes in schools through the promotion of reading.
- 21 libraries implemented
- 1,215 students reached in Mato Grosso do Sul and Minas Gerais
- 651 teachers trained
School scholarships
In Argentina we offer educational scholarships to more than 100 young people in 5 different provinces. It involves individual support to each of the students to enhance their abilities and efforts so that they can complete their education. In addition to individual support, we also work on socio-emotional skills in groups, we offer private teachers if more support is needed; finally, each student also receives economic support that contributes to their school careers. These are mostly secondary school students, although we also support some students at the tertiary and university level.
We have developed this program together with organizations specialized in Education.
